The Photo Album links to the photos you have of your plants. Whether they are
photos you have taken or images you have found and saved from the internet,
you can link to them here. Linking is better than embedding because it reduces
the size of the database on your computer and it also allows for faster and more
dependable processing. The Photo Album will store an unlimited number of
photo images for each plant.

You can assign one of the images to be the 'Icon Image' for the plant. Making an
image the 'Icon Image' puts a smaller version of it on the plant's Details window.
You can change the Icon Image as often as you like.

Each image you store can have an extended comment added as well. With this
you can store the date and up to 32,000 characters of commentary! Hopefully
you will never need this much space!
