
How will I know when appointments or terminations I process have been completed?
When the status of a transaction changes and Systeme Software receives notice from NIPR, we forward an email notice to your company which contains the Transaction number, date, agent or agency name and a description of the transaction status – Sent, Pending, Passed or Failed. If the transaction fails, an explanation is also provided.
You will specify the list of email addresses to which notifications are sent by using the Notification/Billing Email Manager link in the Administration drop-down menu.
Transaction status may also be viewed via the Reports drop-down Menu in Cratchit-NET. Select Check the Status of a Transaction.
