Alerts

Alerts is an optional subscription service offered by the NIPR. At a cost of $50 per month per company, the program will send you notifications of events that are important to your business. Address changes, license status changes, and RIRS actions are presently included in the alerts program. As additional services become available, Systeme Software will offer them as well.

When an alert is generated for your company you will receive an email around noon of that day. No email means no alerts were issued for your company for that day. Your alerts are accessible through the Cratchit-NET® system and report to you when a significant event has taken place for one or more of your agents or agencies, such as an address change, license status or effective date change, or the processing of an RIRS action against an agent or agency. If you have questions about your alerts please contact the helpdesk for assistance.

As an optional service, you only receive alerts if you request them. The cost is a flat rate and is not determined by the number or frequency of the alerts issued.
