Cratchit-NET® Fee Schedule

There are no setup fees or cancellation fees with any of Systeme's products!

It costs nothing to get started and there are no hidden fees. 

With Cratchit-NET® you pay for only what you use. If you do not process transactions in a given month you will not receive a bill for that month.

Each month the total of your fees, Non-Resident License Apps and Non-Resident License Renewals, Alerts and any special reports you may have requested are invoiced to you by e-mail. Terms of the monthly invoices are Net 30.

If you process transactions during the month in states that require prepayment of fees, those fees are paid by Systeme the day after you process the transaction. This amount, plus a 9% processing charge, is added to your account. These are sometimes referred to as 'Holding Tank States'.  These fees will accumulate and you will be invoiced for them when the total reaches $250 OR two weeks pass since your last transaction. Prepayment invoices are also sent by e-mail. Terms on prepayment invoices are DUE IMMEDIATELY.

Non-Resident License Apps state fees and Non-Resident Renewal state fees are billed periodically during the month as the total reaches or exceeds $500. Invoicing is by e-mail. Terms are NET 10.

Pre-payment for large blocks of transactions is required. Systeme software reserves the right to hold processing of any group of transactions whose pre-payable total exceeds $2,500 until payment arrangements can be made.
