The NIPR (National Insurance Producers Registry) offers additional reports and information which we can easily obtain for you usually the same day.
RIRS - The Regulatory Information Retrieval System - is included on each PDB (Producers Database) report that you generate. Located all the way at the end of the report, the RIRS actions represent any administrative or legal actions taken against the subject of the report which that state has chosen to report to the PDB. There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE to receive the RIRS actions. They are an integral part of each PDB Report.
CAR - Company Appointment Report - a special-request report that includes all of the agents and agencies appointed with the company specified. The report is by carrier/state and is charged at a flat rate regardless of the number of records included in the report. You can request a CAR report from within the Cratchit-NET® Reports menu. The report is delivered by email in the form of an Excel® spreadsheet, unless you specifically request otherwise. A fee of $50 per report is charged to your account and billed with the monthly transaction invoice.
CARR - Company Appointment Reconciliation Report - a special-request report that includes all of the agents and agencies appointed with the company specified. It is in the same format as the CAR report except it has the additional feature that you can terminate the appointment of any entry in the report without the Cratchit-NET® interface. The report is delivered to you in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. You simply indicate to us which entries are to be terminated and we handle the rest through the NIPR Gateway. You are then charged for the terminations on your next monthly invoice as though they had been processed manually, including any state specific fees. A fee of $50 is charged to your account and billed with the monthly transaction invoice.
