Tennessee Processing Available

Tennessee transaction processing has resumed through Cratchit-NET. One change made by Tennessee during this conversion was to the license numbers held by your carriers. We have updated our records for your Tennessee carriers to reflect the new license numbers issued by the state. YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR CARRIER RECORDS.

If you would like to see the new license number for your carrier, log into Cratchit-NET with your Administrator password and access Manage Your Carriers on the Administration menu. Select the carrier you wish to review and submit. The new Tennessee license number appears in the space next to Tennessee in the list.
