CRATCHIT-WEB® provides you with the ability to store the critical information about your employees that you need to do your business. Individual information about the person that you record in the CRATCHIT-WEB® record can easily be used by Cratchit-NET if you also subscribe to that service. This saves you redundant typing and eliminates the chance of errors causing your transactions to fail.

Personal information is the kind of information that you may also need to track but which is not needed by online programs or forms. You can track internal information here, such as employee id numbers, phone numbers, etc...

Address Information & History

CRATCHIT-WEB® stores both the resident and business addresses. It also keeps an address history either automatically when you edit the current address, or manually if you choose to create a history yourself.

Employment, Education & Legal History

If you need to keep records of your agents' employment, education and/or legal history CRATCHIT-WEB® can accommodate your needs. Record as many or as few entries as necessary to have a complete history. This information is available to CRATCHIT-WEB® for completing forms as needed.
